Cancellation Policy
At LynnLeigh Labs LLC, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. However, to ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our students, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellations: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the session, or the session will be considered used if part of a prepaid package. No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no make-up session will be offered. Emergency cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a make-up session. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure fair scheduling and availability for all of our students.
